Return and Refund Policy

We proudly stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a full 1-year replacement warranty on all PainMedX devices.

If you would like to return a device, please start by contacting us at support@painmedx.com. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your request based on the following:

  • For unopened, factory-sealed items, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method after confirming the item has not been opened.
  • For opened or used devices, we will issue a refund minus a 15% disposal and service fee, refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you've misplaced a charger or need a replacement due to a technical issue, please contact us at support@painmedx.com. PainMedX devices are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty for any technical defects.
